House Rules

• Clean as you go

• Do not tamper with fire safety equipment

• Do not dispose of solid items in toilet bowls or sinks. Use trash bins to prevent clogging.

• Smoke only in designated areas. No smoking indoors, especially in bedrooms and toilets.

• Keep doors and windows closed when using air conditioning

• Do not place food or drinks on the billiard table

• Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or the pool area

• Please observe our caretakers’ rest time after 10:00 PM and contact them only in case of emergencies

• Outdoor lights may be switched off or lessened at 10:30 PM to care for the environment


Pool Rules

• No diving

• Do not stand or walk on the ledge

• Always supervise children and anyone needing help

• Shower before entering the pool

• Wear proper swimwear at all times

• No food, drinks, or glass containers in the pool area

• If you avail of the bubble bath (CS1 only), please shower before entering the main pool to avoid soap residue.

Where to Buy Charcoal & Ice

Guests may purchase charcoal and ice from nearby locations:

  • Sari-sari stores in the area (usually sell charcoal and ice)
  • Ice stands along the road


For larger quantities, you may ask the resort caretakers to assist with a short tricycle ride to nearby stores:

  • SM Supermarket-Calamba (11 minutes by car)
  • South Emerald Mini Mart (6-minute walk)
  • Dali Store (3-minute walk)
