1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or misleading purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, or related systems
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without permission, except as allowed by law

2. Resort Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the website, email, phone, social media, or other communication channels does not automatically guarantee a reservation.

A booking is considered confirmed only once CasaSakura provides confirmation and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received and verified.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline booking requests
  • Request additional information before confirming a reservation
  • Refuse service where necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or business reasons

3. Guest Responsibility

By making a booking, you agree that you and your guests will:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Follow house rules, property rules, and any resort guidelines communicated before or during the stay
  • Respect the property, facilities, staff, neighbors, and the surrounding community
  • Use the premises in a safe and lawful manner
  • Be responsible for the conduct of all guests included in the booking

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests understand and comply with these Terms and any resort rules.

4. Payments

Payments for bookings may be made through methods approved by CasaSakura, including Airbnb and GCash, and through any other payment method we may allow from time to time.

By making a payment, you agree that:

  • Payment information provided must be accurate and authorized
  • Reservations may be subject to deposit, full payment, or other payment conditions communicated during booking
  • Bookings may be canceled or withheld from confirmation if required payment is not received or verified
  • Third-party payment or booking platforms, including Airbnb and GCash, may apply their own terms, fees, policies, and processing rules

We are not responsible for delays, errors, interruptions, or security issues caused by third-party platforms.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation, refund, rebooking, and date-change requests may be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to deductions, processing fees, or platform fees
  • Date changes are subject to availability and approval
  • Bookings made through Airbnb may also be subject to Airbnb’s own cancellation and refund policies

CasaSakura reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including safety concerns, maintenance issues, legal restrictions, emergencies, natural events, utility interruptions, or other force majeure events.

6. Check-In, Check-Out, and Occupancy

Guests must comply with the check-in, check-out, occupancy, and access rules communicated by CasaSakura.

You agree not to:

  • Exceed the allowed guest capacity for the booking
  • Allow unauthorized persons to use the property
  • Use the property for unlawful, dangerous, disruptive, or prohibited activities

Additional charges or immediate termination of stay may apply if occupancy limits or property rules are violated.

7. Property Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities caused by the guest or any member of the guest’s group.

CasaSakura may charge reasonable costs for repair, replacement, restoration, or extra cleaning where applicable.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings unless required by law.

8. Safety and Use of Facilities

Guests use the resort facilities, including pools, hot spring areas, stairs, decks, wet surfaces, and recreational areas, at their own risk.

By using the property, you acknowledge that:

  • Water, pool, and resort areas may involve inherent risks
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
  • Guests are responsible for using facilities safely and following posted or communicated safety instructions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasaSakura is not liable for injury, death, accident, delay, inconvenience, or loss arising from misuse of the property or failure to follow safety rules.

9. Website Content and Accuracy

We try to keep the website accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content, descriptions, photos, availability information, pricing, or other materials on the website are complete, current, or error-free at all times.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, change pricing, modify offers, or remove content without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, branding, logos, images, graphics, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CasaSakura unless otherwise stated.
